By accessing the Escala platform in any capacity — whether browsing as a guest or operating a registered Player account — you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Escala Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Escala.
If you register an account at Escala on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that person to these Terms. Escala is not responsible for any unauthorised use of an account.
Continued use of the Escala platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Escala will notify active Players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect.
To open and maintain an Escala account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
Age Verification: Escala is legally required to verify the age of all Players before allowing real-money play. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents when requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Escala account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or via another person's identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered to you. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Escala account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any other person. Escala will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Escala support immediately at support@escala.best.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits exceed regulatory thresholds. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID), proof of address, and where required, proof of source of funds.
All transactions on the Escala platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). Escala accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.
The minimum deposit at Escala is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
The minimum withdrawal at Escala is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya for fully KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment methods that belong to the registered account holder. Escala does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name on your Escala account exactly.
Escala targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for GCash withdrawals on fully verified accounts. This commitment applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
Escala offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, as well as these general bonus rules.
General Bonus Rules:
The Escala Refer a Friend bonus (₱500 per qualifying referral) is paid when the referred Player registers via the referrer's unique link and makes a minimum first deposit of ₱100. Self-referral is not permitted. Full details are on the Refer a Friend page.
Escala is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a report to PAGCOR where required by law:
Players found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all balances (real money and bonus) forfeited, and relevant information reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.
Each game available on the Escala platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding individual game rules before wagering real money.
All games on the Escala platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by recognised testing agencies. RTP (Return to Player) figures published on the platform are accurate representations of the theoretical long-term return over millions of game rounds.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, power failures, software glitches, or any other technical failure that interrupts a game session:
Escala takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge in every Escala account:
Escala's support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond sensitively. If you are concerned about your own gambling or that of someone you know, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team directly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Escala platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Escala platform without express written consent from Escala.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Escala's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Player's Escala account at the time the claim arises.
Escala is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits Escala's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Escala reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if:
If your account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any required investigations are complete. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all cases.
You may also close your own Escala account at any time by contacting support@escala.best. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Escala account, a game result, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, please follow the process below:
During any open dispute, Escala may place a temporary hold on the disputed funds. No interest accrues on held funds during the dispute resolution period.
Escala reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — will be communicated to active Players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or structural reorganisation without substantive changes) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Escala platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using Escala and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations as amended from time to time.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Section 15 and that requires formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
These Terms are written in English (en-PH). In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
